This June and July AFTRS Open is running WINTER SCHOOL courses – intensive, hands-
on workshops in the School’s state-of-the-art facilities where you’ll be taught by industry
professionals working in the film, television and radio industry and have access to the latest equipment.
INTRO TO TV AND RADIO PRESENTING will give aspiring presenters the confidence and
knowledge to develop their own on-air persona and learn the skills to progress your career in the media. SHORT FILM SCREENWRITING will teach you how to take your stories from idea through treatment and draft stage to a finished script. FILMMAKING is an intensive 5 days, covering directing, cinematography and post-production. And INTRODUCTION TO RADIO will help you learn essential radio skills from experienced industry professionals.
