We are a post production facility and have an amazing production space available to rent!

The Space:

  • Fully furnished: 12 desks and a boardroom
  • Installed telephone system and handsets with three dedicated lines (more by arrangement)
  • Internet connection (ethernet and WIFI)
  • Internal kitchen and bathroom/shower
  • Air con/heater

    The Rent:

  • Rent is $1100 per week + electricity, cleaning, internet, phone calls and line rental
  • Option to additionally rent multifunction centre (prints/scans/staples/collates)
  • Looking for someone for a 6 month rental (minimum)

    The Location:

  • Rent includes one parking space (1 more by arrangement)
  • Ample free all day street parking
  • 800 metres from Stanmore station
  • Coffee shop on site
