As VP of Current Programming at CBS/Paramount, Jen covered the shows; Medium, NCIS, Numbers, The 4400 and Girlfriends; Ellen Sandler, leading TV writing expert, career coach and Emmy-nominated Co-Executive Producer of Everybody Loves Raymond; Carole Kirschner, currently runs the Writers Guild of America’s Showrunner Training Program and the CBS Diversity Writers Mentoring Program; and Steve Kaplan, creator of the HBO Workspace, the HBO New Writers Program, now serves as a consultant and script doctor to such US companies as Dreamworks, Disney, HBO, Paramount and Touchstone.
