The question of workplace behaviour and the responsibility of employers has been building in the industry for some time, driven by lots of factors like a changing society, the distaste of a younger generation, and the determined work by woman in the industry to do something about the enduring sexism. The issue has been dramatised by the relative numbers of men and women in the sector, but the emotional base of the issue is probably the experience of women who feel excluded, passed over and objectified.
