Robert Greenberg was a bundle of energy and ideas, a citizen of good standing in the joyous empire of Australian children’s television, a living challenge to idea of writers as pale, sedentary and genteel.
He died last week, on April 22, of anaplastic astrocytoma, at the age of 57. His spirit lives on in beautiful work, and in the scripts his students will write into the future.
