The first SPA Council in action. Been a few changes since then.

It is not surprising that the new President of SPA was elected unopposed. It is a tough job, requiring a sure grasp of detail over policy which affects all the corners of the sector; those people are generally beset by huge production demands already.

But, Brian Rosen, who came to sector attention as a pretty inspired head of the old Australian Film Finance Corporation, has relinquished the post in favour of producing.
