Andrew Knight and Andrew Anastasios took both the feature film award and the Major Award AKA The 2015 Gold AWGIE for The Water Diviner, so a big story with lots of heartbreak and inspiration beat the inventive subtleties and tonal shifts of both Paper Planes and The Little Death.
