The documentary Walkley for 2012 went to Celeste Geer and Rebel Films for Then the Wind Changed, about a community recovering from the Black Saturday fires in 2009.
Unsurprisingly, the screen awards at the Walkleys have a strong affinity for the research-driven journalism side of the business, and less for fine arts.
