VRP Asia has signed on to Zhong Kui: Snow Girl and the Dark Crystal which pushes Chinese production expertise even further.

Village Roadshow Entertainment Group and its partner since 1997, Warner Bros. Pictures, have announced their involvement with Zhong Kui: Snow Girl and the Dark Crystal, already in production in China and due out for the Chinese New Year in 2015.

The Chinese side, which has presumably at least been circling the project for a while, consists of Desen International Media, Beijing Enlight Pictures, K. Pictures and Wu’s Entertainment.
