John Maynard and the Sydney Film Festival, in association with the Adelaide International Film Festival, are about to add a small conniption to the slow motion campaign against the ossified exhibition system.

The opportunity is created by Fell, the picture from Kasimir Burgess, produced by Maynard which is in competition in the Sydney festival, and funded partly by the Adelaide Film Festival. Maynard is also the distributor of the film, and the government investors are more concerned with cultural impact than returns, so Felix Media can mount whatever campaign it wants to show the film.
