Eva Orner’s documentary feature The Network, the story of the Australian-owned TOLO TV, the only independent television station in Afghanistan, is the only Australian film to be selected in this year’s South By Southwest film festival program. The film will have its World Premiere at the festival, which runs from March 8-16.

Written and directed by Orner (producer: Gonzo: The Life and Work of Dr. Hunter S. Thompson), the film is a co-production with the UK’s Corniche Pictures.
