The high seriousness worked very well. Brian Rosen pointed to the Canadian delegation, the role of sponsors, the particular role of the Victorian government, the advisory committee led by Chris Oliver-Taylor, the SPA team led by Mathew Deaner with Rachelle Gibson, and Film Victoria with CEO Jenni Tosey and President Ian Robertson.
