Reed Elsevier has sold Reed Business Information, the publisher of the Encore Directory and advertising / marketing title B&T, cAARDS (Australian Advertising Rate & Data Services), and Mediabiznet been to private equity firm Catalyst Investment Managers.
The Australian business has annual revenue of about A$60 million, according to Bloomberg.
