Redfern Now, Australia’s first truly Indigenous drama, took 721,000 in the five capitals. That is 130,000 less that the final episode of Rake.
Is that a reason to be glum? Not according to the ABC, which is very proud of Redfern Now, not least because it is part of the cultural remit.
