A present Block sure beats an absent cook. And the ABC heads towards 20% again.

In local news of the day, Janet King did 770,000 in five cities and 1.17m nationally. The Checkout was also handily at 770,000 and 1.167m. Maybe a wave of narcolepsy swept the nation when The Checkout started and everyone stayed, mouths wide open, asleep, unstirring, watched by every kelpie in the country.
