Seven pips Nine, both over 30%, while the ABC and Ten fight it out over half that audience. How many people watched the debate?

The ratings for Underbelly: Squizzy do not make wonderful reading. 1.148m, then 859,000, and this week down to 772,000. Life is tough in the big city.

On the five city prelims, the ABC scored with the first political debate, taking 708,000 people at 6.30 on Sunday. According to Glen Dyer on Crikey, the real total is 1.03m for the ABC, and a total across the viewing options of 2.3m.
