All3Media has sold its Australian production arm, North One Australia (a subsidiary of North One Television), to Adam Kay, the current head of programming. The company will be renamed Mint Pictures and will be led by Kay and development producer Dan Goldberg.
“I’m very excited about the future and my partnership with long standing colleague Dan Goldberg—our philosophy of producing innovative content in a creative style will remain the blueprint of the new media company,” Kay said in a statment.
