The ABC is busting a gut to cover the Murdoch changes, with The World Today getting a transcript.

Rupert Murdoch, with his 40%, has locked out the rest of the shareholders yet again, though they hold 86% of the shares, and returned the whole lot to his family, despite the unfabulous commercial history of his sons. Lachlan is now co-chairman of News Corporation and 21st Century Fox, so the pair cover both sides of the newly divided empire.
