Barbara Uecker, the Head of Programming & Acquisitions for ABC TV Children’s is about to leave. Karen Standal, a familiar and respected figure in Melbourne’s entertainment law space, has moved to WTFN.
Barbara Uecker came to the ABC in 2008, was responsible for launching Nowhere Boys and Dance Academy, and was temporarily the Acting Controller Children’s until Deirdre Brennan took over as Head fter she left BBC WW last December.
