With the World Trade Organisation’s DOHA round of negotiations stalled, and the negotiations over the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement (TPPA) stretching on well beyond the original November 2011 deadline, the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) has announced that Australia is participating in new negotiations in Geneva on a multi-lateral Trade in Services Agreement (TISA).
