To function in the screen sector, most people have to be a Beast With Two Brains. One is about art and craft, inspiration and dexterity while the other is processing numbers and deals and company structures.

The Business Brain is driven by secrets and a pathological desire to hide deals and plans, feeding on pitches and lawyers’ warnings. It flourishes on adrenalin, praise, airline food and some unknown anaesthetic which makes failure so meaningless it is impossible to contemplate.
