There is a relentless push towards the ‘flexibility’ of a Fair Use clause, currently under debate by the Australian Law Reform Commission, but some industry holders of IP are not so sure. Dr O’D takes a calm and dispassionate look at the state of play.

It is a gross calumny to say that airport security workers, economists and Intellectual Property (IP) lawyers are under-gifted in the humour dept.
