Now entering its fourth year, the long-running case of Digital Cinema Network (DCN) versus Omnilab Media will culminate in a four-week trial set to commence on October 23 in Melbourne’s Federal Court. The witness list includes the major Hollywood Studios, plus players from independent exhibition and equipment suppliers.

DCN first sued Omnilab in 2010, alleging that the company had assisted a director of Digital Cinema Network, Michael Smith, to breach his fiduciary duties.
