David Whealy, the former head of legal affairs for Omnilab Media, is back in the independent sector with a new law firm and three feature film projects to executive produce.
The last time Whealy was in private practice, he helped two of his clients – Kennedy Miller Mitchell and Omnilab Media – into the same room. That meeting resulted in the formation of Dr D Studios as a joint venture between the two companies, and the production of Happy Feet 2.
