Senator George Brandis has now tabled the final recommendations of The Australian Law Reform Commission enquiry into copyright law reform, which is exactly what the defenders of Intellectual Property expected. They are not well pleased.

Brandis probably brought the document into Pariiament with metaphorical tongs and a clothes peg on his nose. Certainly his speech asserts his commitment to private property and the defence of rights holders and he failed to really commend any of the recommendations.
