US and Canadian rights to Patrick have now been acquired by Phase 4 Films, in association with Uncorked Entertainment. Expect a release in the spring of 2014.
The picture had a brief American outing at the Fantastic Fest 2013, which is run in September in Austin, and is promoted as the key genre festival, running modestly on three screens for eight days. Director Mark Hartley, writer Justin King and producer Antony I. Ginnane all attended.
