Endemol, no stranger to turmoil, has rejigged its senior management structure, and created a more complex structure for its branded entertainment offerings.

On March 29th, 2010, Endemol launched its new Endemol Worldwide Brands division, which combined the usual format brand extension and ancillary sales with branded entertainment, along with games and new product.
