The Dressmaker moves into its wider US release on 159 screens, to make US$360,000 over last weekend, at US$2250/cinema. Not wonderful but not a flop either. It has done US$633,000 in ten day for Broad Green Pictures. It is their sixth most successful film so far, behind The Neon Demon, 99 Homes, Learning to Drive and A Walk in the Woods, which at US$30m is its most successful film.
