You have to hand it to AIMC and Jupiters. They aim to impress with the Australian Box Office Awards luncheon and if you’re going to call your shindig a luncheon while holding it at the Gold Coast then you really are trying. The feedbags are out to celebrate some seriously predictable numbers.

The ballroom is seriously decked out, the delegates are assembled and Kate Bush is pumping on the stereo. This is what my Mum imagines all film events are like, bless her.
