Anupam Sharma, the proprietor of production and production services company Films & Casting TEMPLE, has combined with a group of investors to create a fund which will make at least one feature film and one documentary over the next eighteen months.
Since 2000, Anupam Sharma has been a central figure in the occasionally fraught story of Indian filming in Australia.
“It is not just the money,” he said on the phone, “I am excited because we are guaranteed continuity for at least one feature and documentary. They hope to do it in every eighteen month cycle. With the ups and downs in the financial world, they cannot commit to more than one cycle.”
