WA Screen Academy – Final call for applications

The WA Screen Academy is in the final stages of selecting students for 2012. At the moment there are a few places still available in Directing, Editing, Cinematography, Sound and Production Design.

Regarded as one of Australia’s leading screen production training programs, it offers an intensive, industry-focused one-year immersion in digital filmmaking using state-of-the-art equipment and facilities. It operates as a production house making documentaries, short films, magazine shows, music videos and TVCs.
Screen Academy films have won many selections, nominations and awards nationally and internationally including the coveted ATOM award for Short Fiction for the last two years. Instruction is by leading industry professionals. Films are shot on the RED camera, the new Sony F3, Canon 5D and Sony EX1.
