Sony Tropfest 2006 first place film CARMICHAEL and Shane and second placed film Burst have been selected to participate in the exclusive 33rd Telluride Film Festival, commencing today.
The highly secretive program for the Festival was revealed to 5,000 patrons in attendance for the Colorado based film festival.
CARMICHAEL and Shane by director/producer team Rob Carlton and Alex Weinress and Burst by director Juliet Lamont and producer Gail Williamson are two of only a score of international short films to screen as a part of the four-day festival. More than a thousand films were considered from all over the world, in all disciplines.
