The second semi-final of the Eurovision Song Contest 2009 attracted an audience to the tune of 414,000 last week, according to figures from OzTAM. Its strong performance continued into week 21: last night’s final recorded an impressive 482,000 viewers – the best result on SBS since 2004.
Over the three nights of the Eurovision telecast, SBS attracted over 2 million viewers*. Top Gear Australia made a very successful return attracting 689,000 viewers.
