SBS has appointed Jim Carroll as its new Director of News and Current Affairs. He replaces outgoing Director of News and Current Affairs, Paul Cutler who will retire at the end of June.
For the past three months Carroll has been SBS’s Executive Producer of World News Australia.
Carroll brings a wealth of experience in news and current affairs across Australia’s commercial television and radio networks. He is a recognised industry leader in delivery of news, current affairs, documentary and sports programming.
