The documentary film RAUL THE TERRIBLE directed by David Bradbury and written and produced by Carlos Alperin was awarded a Special Mention at the FIPA Festival in Biarritz, France. The film is an intimate and dangerously up-close portrait of Raul Castells, a man driven to change the world and a frightening insight into the politics of poverty of Argentina. The award created headlines in Argentina”s newspapers, radio and TV since the documentary”s main character, Raul Castells, is viewed by the Argentinean middle and upper class as a political pariah who claims to represent the underpriviledged poor. Raul the Terrible will be screened on SBS in 2006.
