The MacRae Brothers, Kenn and Simon, are the winners of MOVIE EXTRA’S Project Greenlight fimmaking competition for 2007 and a $1 million production budget to make their first feature film.
Kenn and Simon MacRae both work in advertising, although Kenn’s varied career includes stints as a soldier, a VIP motorcycle escort, an anaesthetist and a foreign exchange banker.
The MacRae brothers were among 700 registered scripwriters in this year’s Project Greenlight competition. Their script, The View From Greenhaven Drive, was selected along with seven others to go into the finals.
