The Ovation Channel will telecast Dennis Potter’s controversial last interview with Melvyn Bragg on Tuesday 5 December at 10.15pm.
Dennis Potter, renowned for Pennies from Heaven and The Singing Detective, is also remembered for his last television interview, when, chain-smoking and with a flask of liquid morphine at hand, he spoke uninhibitedly to Melvyn Bragg about life, death, the BBC and Rupert Murdoch.
