Filmmakers have less than one week to submit entries into MOVIE EXTRA WEBFEST 2.0 for the opportunity to win a $100,000 production budget to produce a seven part webseries for MOVIE EXTRA. The winning webseries will premiere on the Movie Network Channels’ YouTube channel www.youtube.com/mnctv.
Following the announcement of the additional $50,000 contributed by Screen Australia to the overall prize money, the entry deadline was extended to November 23, 2011. To date, the competition has successfully gained over 21,000 Facebook fans and over 50 entries since the launch on
1 August, 2011.
