Darwin is different. Deckchair Cinema is calling local musicians to create a new intermission jingle to be played in between double sessions for next season.
The challenge is on to make the jingle catchy, informative and fun in less than 2 minutes. It can be any style of music as long as the message is clear – you have to ask people to leave by the exit gate in a timely fashion. We’ll play your tune over and over and over every Friday & Saturday night throughout the dry season and a full season pass is up for grabs (which means you and a friend can see any movie you like any time during the season).
