The Fujifilm Fujinon stand has won the Best Large Exhibit award at this year’s SMPTE 2011 exhibition. The award which is judged on Staff Presentation, Visitor Interaction, Product Display, Stand Design and Overall Integration of stand elements was presented to Fujifilm Australia General Manager Motion Picture Film, Recording Media and Optical Devices Marc Van Agten by Gary Fitz-Roy, CEO of Expertise Events.

Van Agten said, “We are delighted to have won the award for Best Large Exhibit at this year’s SMPTE. Our stand this year was our biggest ever promoting seven key areas including LTO video tape and digital video archiving, a 3D demo with Panavision Quasar 3D camera rig system and Fujifilm FinePix Real 3D W3 camera, Fujifilm Motion Picture Film, ARRI ALEXA Plus camera systems, Fujinon camera lenses for ENG, Fujinon camera box lenses and ImmerVision 360 camera system, lenses and software. We also had our own Barista making excellent coffee. We have had a very successful show and I’d like to thank all the people who visited our stand and all the Fujifilm and Fujinon staff involved for all their hard work.”
