Minister for Innovation, Services and Small Business Louise Asher today launched a new three year fellowship program to support Victorian screen practitioners to gain international experience with production companies in North America, the United Kingdom and India.

Ms Asher said the new Screen Skills – International Fellowships program received funding of $360,000 in the 2012-13 State Budget and implementation of the program delivered on the Victorian Coalition Government’s election pledge to award six fellowships of up to $20,000 for screen practitioners to undertake short-term placements with production entities in key international territories.
