Sydney’s most vibrant and historical art-house cinema, The Chauvel will officially reopen on Monday July 24, 2006.
The Chauvel is set to be reinstated as the film hub of Sydney with an official reopening by Clover Moore MP, Lord Mayor of Sydney amidst a glamorous opening night gala celebration.
“Many people in Sydney and the wider community are passionate about the Chauvel, and recognise its importance to the cultural life of Sydney and the role it plays in supporting new Australian films “, says Clover Moore MP, Lord Mayor of Sydney.
