TVNZ’s chairman, Sir John Anderson, and Chief Executive, Rick Ellis, today confirmed that the Governor General, Sir Anand Satyanand, has very graciously accepted the apology they offered to him in person regarding Paul Henry’s remarks.
The apology was presented and accepted at a meeting at Government House in Auckland.
They will not be making any further comment.
