US independent producer, Bill Mechanic, has extensive expertise across all aspects of the entertainment industry, giving him unique knowledge of the business and an understanding of what it means to be an independent producer in 2014.
Through his company, Pandemonium Films, Bill produced Oscar-nominated Coraline, The New World and Dark Water. He also co-produced the multi-Emmy nominated 82nd Academy Awards with Adam Shankman. Bill is currently in Melbourne shooting The Moon and the Sun (Focus Films) starring Pierce Brosnan and William Hurt and directed by Sean McNamara.
