Animation is currently one of the few dynamic growth areas in our industry but there are not enough animation writers in Australia to meet demand. Opportunities are being lost offshore – this is about to change.
The Australian Writers’ Guild (AWG) in consultation with the Screen Producers Association of Australia (SPAA) and with the generous assistance of Ambience Entertainment, the content development arm of the Omnilab Media Group, and the New South Wales Film and Television Office has developed a new Writing for Animation Masterclass.
