Heavy work commitments for John Young with his Perth daily breakfast radio show and the continuing development of his television production company, have resulted in him reluctantly relinquishing his host role on ABC TV’s The Pet Show. “I had to make a decision. I get up at 4.00am to present a successful radio program that I love and then have to be fresh to give my best to a series that I know is very special to pet lovers. I had to be realistic about what I could achieve in any one week and this has resulted in me deciding to leave The Pet Show”, said John.
