Technical Videographer

We are seeking Media or Video personel to work onsite at the AARC supporting our vehicle test team. This position provides hands-on experience in the automotive and live event production, documenting and capturing testing driver safety assist technologies using advanced test equipment and conducted to Australian Design Rules and ANCAP protocols for a range of clients. Skills Required:
- Prepare, set up, and pack up equipment, and kit/de-kit vehicles for vehicle test programs.
- Assist with maintaining test and production equipment.
- Support the Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) team in executing the vehicle test programs, which may include:
- Operating test equipment.
- Recording and producing video test records using various devices, including drones, PTZ cameras, Blackmagic production equipment and action cams.
- Manage post-production workflows to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables, including syncing and editing clips, managing large data production, rotoscoping of required assets, tracking issues, and ensuring resolutions.
- Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills, especially in a video production workflow.
- Ability to take initiative and complete time-sensitive tasks with accuracy.
- A strong work ethic and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Clear and precise written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptability to shifting tasks and priorities.
- Attention to detail in producing thorough documentation.
- Experience operating drones for aerial footage.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After effects, Audition, Davinci Resolve, Microsoft Office and related software.
- Experience with the Blackmagic ecosystem (switchers and capture devices)
