What is the role?
We are currently looking for a full-time, permanent Multimedia Designer to join our Support Office in North Sydney. Reporting into the Marketing Manager – Kingpin, you will be responsible for guiding and working with the other Designers in a busy, fast-paced marketing team. Our four brands: Kingpin, ZONE Bowling, TEEG and Timezone are at different stages of the brand cycle. Key to the success of the brands is maintaining the continued development, evolution, and innovation of their visual identities. Key to this role is the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and produce design concepts that cover a wide range of communication channels and platforms, both digital and print. The position carries a salary of $82,500 plus superannuation.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Conceptualise and execute exceptional on-brand predominantly digital, but also non-digital graphic designs that translates across multiple media channels
- Consult with various stakeholders to determine objectives and constraints of the design brief
- Responsible for day-to-day designing which involves materials across all consumer touch points like print, digital and instore
- Making sure each material delivers the correct messages and delights guests from a design perspective
- Review and ensure that designs produced align with TEEG and all its brands
- Create briefs and supervise TEEG photoshoots to ensure the REAL essence of the brands is portrayed
- Design working systems to create a creative, efficient, and profitable design studio
- Assist the design requirements of the support office/venues to create and enable a consistently FUN working environment
- PARTNER with the design team to create REMARKABLE campaigns
- Propose improvements, innovations and solutions that level up the TEEG guest experience across all our brands ensuring we are OBSESSED with the guest
Skills or Experience RequiredÂ
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Design or relevant discipline.
- A minimum of 3+ years of relevant design experience.
- Intermediate to advanced skills using Adobe software.
- Ability to identify opportunities, create solutions and build and execute action plans to deliver the desired result.
- Strong knowledge of industry market trends and conditions.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to problem solve and think outside the box.
- Strong project management skills.
- Positive and bright demeanour.
