About the Role: The purpose of the Digital Content Coordinator is to create, edit, and manage engaging multimedia content that strengthens Camp Quality’s brand presence and supports its revenue and marketing objectives. This role ensures that all content aligns with key messaging, resonates with target audiences, and contributes to the success of fundraising events, raffles, and other campaigns.

Whether it’s through heartfelt interviews, dynamic footage, or inspiring moments, you would ensure that every video reflects the spirit of joy, hope, and support that Camp Quality is all about. Key Duties of the Role: Video Production
- Ideates, shoots and edits advertisements (based on briefs) for events, raffles and other revenue-driven campaigns.
- Develops on-brand organic and marketing video content, as required, ensuring key messages are followed.
- Edits videos, including storyboard, cut, voice over creation, music source, sound normalisation, colour grade, simple animated titles, graphic title creation.
- Posts videos to (organises and audits) Vimeo and YouTube – ensuring the correct content is hosted on each platform.
- Assists with video and photography content shoots for revenue campaigns’ paid advertising.
Social Media
- Develop and schedule organic social media content, across multiple platforms, to support Camp Quality’s key deliverables and initiatives relating to services, programs, revenue, people and culture.
- Monitors social media interactions across paid and organic posts, including community groups.
- Manages direct messages on social media, liaising with families and engaging with aligned brands.
- Supports the Digital Marketing Manager with the set up and monitoring of paid social media advertising campaigns.
- Captures social media content on programs.
- Supports media crisis response regarding social media monitoring and channel messaging.
- Sets up social media event pages for fundraising events.
Administration
- Manages social media form submissions from across organisation.
- Manages weekly photo submissions from Recreation Programs to identify social media content and case study stories.
- Ensures all video content, particularly unedited (raw) videos are backup up to both Dropbox and an external hard drive.
- Plans, organises and oversees Dropbox content and filing system, ensuring regular auditing.
- Receive and file all video content received from external sources, or created internally to the organisation.
Experience & Knowledge:
- 3 years’ experience in a videographer or multimedia content production role.
- Experience producing engaging, channel specific (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter), multimedia content (video, images, etc.) to captivate and connect with our audiences effectively, using software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Premiere) as well as in-app.
- Ability to autonomously storyboard, shoot, and edit high-quality videos that align with key messaging and objectives.
- Experience leading photo and video shoots and preparing content briefs.
- Strong knowledge of multimedia content optimisation for platforms like Vimeo and YouTube.
- Ability to tell compelling stories through multimedia content to engage and resonate with our audiences.
- Experience managing content submission processes or similar.
- Experience in monitoring social platforms, identifying emerging issues, and crafting timely, effective response messages.
