Join the School of Languages and Linguistics at the University of Melbourne to celebrate a week of exceptional Latin American cinema from 18 – 24 of October 2024, at the Parkville Campus. The Latin American Embassies in Australia and the School of Languages and Linguistics are proud to present the 19th Latin American Film Festival held at the University of Melbourne.
The Festival will present a selection of 16 films from all over Latin America, including international award winning pieces featuring some of the most exciting and creative productions to reach the big screen in recent years. Covering everything from documentary, to sports, comedy, culinary history, cinema classics and modern romantic dramas, this year’s festival will be one to remember!
